mPack_ProspectHazeNative Instruments is back with a brand new expansion and this time they teamed up with Rawcutz, who happens to be one of my favorite sample library developers for at least 10 years.

If you know anything about the classic libraries like Smoker’s Delight, Smoker’s Relight, Breakbeat Jazz, Premier Beats and more…then you know what to expect.

This is a collection of jazzy, smokey, chill out samples along with some dusty and hard hitting drums.

It’s aimed at the crate digger, or those that like to piece together small snippets of dope sound to come up with something new.

No loops here, just a bunch of one shot licks and riffs along with percussion and drums.

You get horns, flutes, keys, guitars, bass, fx, and more, as well as drums and percussion

Agreed Joe, this is one of the baddest expansions I’ve heard come out of Native Instruments, definitely a must-have, “RAW CUTZ NAIL THIS” glad they’re getting into more than EDM at

agreed. a real standout exp pack geared towards a segment of maschine users largely neglected by NI thus far.

Great review of the pack! Would you recommend this to someone as their first expansion pack with the Mikro? I am looking to make Primo and Pete Rock style beats with it.

What’s the issue? It comes with an installer file that you run.

You don’t need an alias, it’s an official expansion. If it’s installed right it should be showing up in your kits.

Are running Maschine 2.0 or higher? Not quite sure where the issue is, it’s a pretty straight forward process. As for installing it for you, that’s not something I do.

It’s a Maschine format pack so the kits and instruments only pull up in Maschine, but you could use the wave samples in whatever you want.
